We currently have a total of four carts, which means we can comfortably cater for larger celebrations, multi‑station setups, or events that need both Charcuterie and Dolci offerings at scale. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate function, or a high‑volume gathering, we can configure the carts to suit your flow, space, and guest numbers.
We provide a team member per cart, unless it is for a larger event when two or three team members would be provided – additional costs would apply.
We package what’s safe to take home. Perishable items left out for extended periods may need to be discarded for safety.
Yes — travel fees apply outside of the Northern Suburbs, if the event is further additional costs may apply for staff accommodation etc.
